The roadmap looks different for every company. For ‣, this is our proposed route.

🗓️ Month 1 - Doing The Research & Learning the Ropes

The first month is all about each of us understanding and acclimatizing to each other’s businesses. This would involve a lot of research on behalf of Infinity Media Services. Likely, we would be spending quite a lot of time together, and there will be home work for both parties to create a solid baseline of understanding. The Marketing Accelleration Program is a high trust program designed to work best when both parties put their best foot forward.

This month would also involve a number of exercises, undergone together, designed to help us best identify our prospects and to understand them as deeply as possible. It is extremely difficult to convince anyone of anything. A far superior strategy is to understand to whom we can bring the most value and then find a way for us to be of value to them. They are already looking for our services & they already have a problem we are the solution for. When we work together, we can discover what is the best offer for these ideal clients.

🗓️ Month 2 - Crafting The Offer & Building The Value

The highest value work product to come out of the Marketing Accelleration Program, is a well crafted Grand Slam Offer. An offer so good that our prospects would feel like fools to say no. Month 2 is all about constructing this offer. Working on it in greater detail, understanding its ins and outs and its shortcomings. Working to address those shortcomings, remove them entirely, and working to understand any objections that our prospects may have while finding ways to speak to those objections.

This part of the work is absolutely essential. We could have the world's best branding and be in front of all the best prospects possible. At the end of the day, we are not going to make as much money with a sub optimal offer as we otherwise could with a Grand Slam Offer. This doesn't mean that we are ever producing or offering poor quality services. Quite the opposite, in fact. It only means that the way in which we are presenting our services to our prospects will determine the amount we can charge.

With the right presentation, even the exact same client outcome can fetch a much higher 🏷️ price tag, while bringing more value to the client, all because of the way we are speaking to our prospects and demonstrating the value of our service.

🗓️ Month 3 - Finding The Leads and Testing The Offer

Once we have a well crafted offer we can start to put that in front of some prospects. The work of the grand slam offer will spill over into this month as well because we will still need to work on bonuses, marketing materials, guarantees, and the like. By month 3 however we will have enough of the core offer sorted out that we can start to test is out and pitch it to some warm leads.

Leads can be either warm or cold, depending on whether or not you, or anyone from your company, has any relationship with the prospect. The more of a relationship you have the more warm the lead. If you don't know someone at all, they are cold lead. If they are your best friend it is a warm lead. A warm lead is more receptive, and thereby more willing to accept an offer. During month 3, we will work towards finding more cold leads while testing our offer on existing warm leads. We will want to get feedback in exchange for value we can provide to those leads who are kind enough to listen to our offer.

🗓️ Month 4 - Closing The Sales & Testing The Marketing

Four months is a long time. It's also not very long at all. By this point, we we'll still have much to do when it comes to perfecting and scaling the offer to a large cold audience. However, we should have everything we need to be able to close some high value sales with some warm leads. Infinity Media Services will be your partner through this process even being on sales calls and in meetings with you.
